Bringing a refreshing energy to the industry, Ido is deeply passionate about creating spaces that have a positive impact. A true people person, Ido has established a wide network over his 14 years in the industry and thrives through connection and partnership. Outside (and sometimes in) the office you'll find him playing with his three kids, out on the water or practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or involuntary yoga, as Ido likes to call it.

Passionate about initiatives that benefit the community, Déan is driven to create purpose-built spaces that promote efficiency, productivity and sustainability. When he’s not on site you’ll find Déan playing Cricket for the Parnell Premier Mens XI or on the green for a round at Titirangi Golf Club.

With a career in the building industry that began in 2010, Sam has honed his skills from apprentice to residential Project Manager, leading a variety of multi-unit projects along the way. His hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of the construction process bring real value to every project. Outside of work, Sam is often found racing Midgets or adventuring with his wife and two young children.

With a wealth of experience in Auckland’s building industry, Cynthia is our Quantity Surveyor who thrives on turning ideas into reality. Her expertise in managing and controlling costs for commercial and residential projects ensures every detail is accounted for, from start to finish. When she’s not immersed in numbers and designs, Cynthia enjoys discovering new places both locally and abroad. She also loves finding creative ways to spend time with her 11-year-old son, whether it’s exploring the outdoors or trying something new.

Troy joins our team as Site Manager, bringing a strong foundation in the building industry. Known for his hands-on skills and knack for problem-solving, he approaches every project with dedication and hard work. Outside of work, Troy is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and exploring nature. He cherishes time spent with his young family, creating memories through outdoor adventures.

With 20 years of experience, Sophie is a seasoned Finance Manager and Chartered Accountant, known for being a safe pair of hands in the financial world. Her extensive career spans mainly across Financial Services, with significant time dedicated to the insurance industry. They later developed a passion for property. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys the role of a taxi driver for her three kids and relishes the outdoors. You can often find her relaxing with a red wine or a gin cocktail, and escaping the city to the beautiful Bay of Islands.

Adi brings over 35 years of experience to her role as Site Manager, blending hands-on expertise with a genuine love for problem-solving. A qualified carpenter with degrees in Structural Engineering and Construction Management, she’s worked as both a contractor and client-side project manager, always focused on delivering exceptional results. Known for her “right manner of lunacy and steadfastness of purpose,” Adi is a natural leader who thrives in a team environment and loves to approach challenges creatively. Outside of work, Adi is an adventurer and animal lover. Whether she’s cycling long distances, mountain climbing, or spending time with her family, she’s always on the move.

Zoe is the vibrant force that brings energy and joy to the Elaman team. As our Project Support specialist, she keeps everything running smoothly, facing challenges head-on with her attention to detail and positive attitude. Outside of work, Zoe is a busy mum to three young kids, and she has a gift for bringing people together—whether it’s in the office or through her entrepreneurial ventures. She’s always ready to connect and support others.

Samantha brings a wealth of experience in PR, Marketing, and Content Creation to the Elaman team. With a natural talent for storytelling and a deep passion for building meaningful connections, she plays a key role in shaping our brand’s voice. As a Mum of two young kids, Sammy is all about finding balance and staying focused on the bigger picture.

Nicki is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience, passionate about both people and property, Nicki thrives on bringing the two together. The currency of her success has been the long lasting relationships she has built combined with her endless enthusiasm and knowledge of the property industry. Nicki comes to Elaman from Residential Sales where she was performing in the Top 3% Nationally achieving Elite Agent status in the Ray White National network. Outside of work Nicki is kept busy by her three beautiful boys, often seen cheering them on at football matches or catching waves in Pauanui. When she’s not with her family, you’ll often find 'active relaxer' Nicki running around the Bays or planning her next DIY project.
