Bringing a refreshing energy to the industry, Ido is deeply passionate about creating spaces that have a positive impact. A true people person, Ido has established a wide network over his 14 years in the industry and thrives through connection and partnership. Outside (and sometimes in) the office you'll find him playing with his three kids, out on the water or practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or involuntary yoga, as Ido likes to call it.
Passionate about initiatives that benefit the community, Déan is driven to create purpose-built spaces that promote efficiency, productivity and sustainability. When he’s not on site you’ll find Déan playing Cricket for the Parnell Premier Mens XI or on the green for a round at Titirangi Golf Club.
Sam has been in the building industry since 2010, having completed his apprenticeship and worked his way up the ranks. He has gained extensive experience as a residential Project Manager, overseeing a number of multi-unit projects. With his in-depth knowledge of the construction process, Sam brings valuable practical experience to our projects. Outside of work, you can find Sam behind the wheel, racing Midgets or spending time with his two young kids, exploring the great outdoors. Sam's years of experience as a builder and on-site manager, coupled with his drive to keep learning and succeeding in this new direction, make him a valuable addition to our team!
We are thrilled to introduce our new Quantity Surveyor, who brings a deep passion for every aspect of the construction field. Her enthusiasm for seeing designs come to life and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget is truly inspiring. She has gained valuable experience in Auckland's building industry, excelling in managing and controlling costs for various commercial and residential construction projects. When she’s not at work, she loves exploring new places in New Zealand and overseas. She also enjoys finding fun indoor and outdoor activities to share with her 11-year-old son. Cynthia is a great asset to our team!
With 20 years of experience, Sophie is a seasoned Finance Manager and Chartered Accountant, known for being a safe pair of hands in the financial world. Her extensive career spans mainly across Financial Services, with significant time dedicated to the insurance industry. They later developed a passion for property. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys the role of a taxi driver for her three kids and relishes the outdoors. You can often find her relaxing with a red wine or a gin cocktail, and escaping the city to the beautiful Bay of Islands.
Troy joins our team as the new Site Manager with a promising foundation in the building industry. Known for his hands-on skills and keen problem-solving abilities, he demonstrates hard work and dedication in every project he takes on. Outside of work, Troy is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and exploring nature. He also enjoys spending quality time with his young family, making the most of outdoor adventures together. We are excited to have Troy on board and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to our team.
